Ballast Systems for 1995 Sport

could someone direct me to a link that would give me ideas about setting up a system for my Sport Nautique. I looking to set up some through the hull ports intake and exhaust as well as pumps. I'm hoping to get it done so I can stop having to drop my pump over the side to fill up my fat sacks. I won't be able to hide the ballast anywhere except for the ski locker and maybe under the open bow deck.
Any hints/tricks would be appreciated.
