So I tried to extract the oil out of the dip stick tube but couldn't get any oil out. I work on seadoos and this is how I get the oil out but for some reason no oil would come out. My hose is longer than the dip stick so I know it was in the pan. I ended up draining it over night with the oil tube on the bottom of the pan. Any explanation why I couldn't suck it out of the dip stick tube?

You got stuck on the flat part of the pan and didn't curve down into the back deep part of the pan where the oil pump sits.

Is new battery good? When cranking you need over 9 volts for the computer to work.
