Interesting Issue: '06 SANTE cranks, but won't start.

Ran the boat for about an hour before finding a spot to swim for a little while. Finished swimming after 45 minutes and tried to start the boat. It cranks fine, but won't start. It doesn't get close to starting. It acts exactly like it does when the kill switch is tripped, but everything fine there. Batteries fine, full of fuel and it's in neutral.

Anyone run into something similar?

as you point out, its the same thing that happens when the kill switch is tripped so i would start there. i know there have been several threads discussing how to test that whole mechanism but iv'e never had to do it so i don't recall the details. thats what it sounds like to me though

Did you check the lanyard connection? Sounds just like what happens when that is pulled loose.
