Anyone know if there would be any sonic degradation if I fired a 12" sub forward toward the bow (sub located at driver kick panel) instead of back toward the main cabin? This would solve my problem of figuring out where to relocate my breakout box and on/off/bilge switch, as I could just mount them to the back of the sub.
