    Ballast Filling when Valve Closed

I have a 2004 210 and one of my ballast fills up while its in the closed position. How do I fix this? Also my gauges are not accurate. Is there a way to fix all three of those?

Not sure if your boat has a separate intake valve for the ballast system but on my 2000 SuperSport I had to replace the brass intake ball valve that filled my factory ballast tanks. It would not close or open completely and allowed water to get in and fill my tanks when it was supposed to be closed.

Is that something I can do? That's what I was thinking.

Same problem on my 2003 SANTE. The port side will fill on its own. I will try to find it myself but if anyone knows exactly where it is please chime in so I can save myself some time.

If they are the original Flow Rite valves, this is a know problem from wayyy back...

Had the same issue with my 03 SAN. I ended up taking out the helm control valves all together. I replaced both seacock valves and found one to be in pretty bad shape. Once I replaced the seacocks the problem went away.

I have the same boat as you and I'm having this same problem with my stbd ballast. Just started filling by itself today. Did you figure out a fix and what parts to buy yet? It looks like it would be a huge PITA to change those valves out.
