Problem With 550 at Lake Powell

So my 550 with about 120 hours had a few hiccups this last week at Lake Powell.
So two times over the last week at lake Powell my engine came down to idle RPM,
when on the back to dock setting not sure if this was a coincidence?
The first time it came down to idle and sputtered a bit then was fine.
The Second time it came down to idle and sputtered and stalled.
I let it sit for a few minutes and started it back up and it worked fine.
Is this a symptom of bad Gas?
I only used shore gas at 91 octane. Went thru about a tank and a half.

Did you pull glass of your houseboat? If so is it possible that it was lower octane

Only used gas from the shore pumps that are 91. Filled the boat with it and took 30 gallons in cans.

Ask croft to take a look, I am sure it's nothing just to be safe.

Took it to dealer and they verified it didn't throw any engine error codes, so they replaced both fuel filters and we will see if it happens again.
