Perfect Pass Running Out of Throttle

Installed Perfect Pass Stargazer Wakeboard Edition in my '85 SN 2001 today. I have installed the PP system a few times before, and the install is very straightforward. However, I noticed a problem. When I increase the throttle, PP engages and begins to maintain speed. As the boat is loaded by the rider the throttle begins to drop slowly, and PP asks for more throttle by displaying a # on the screen. This continues until I have no more available throttle (ie the throttle arm bottoms out). If I reset the system by turning the key off and back on again, the system will rewind the throttle cable (as expected), and the process begins again. Anyone here had similar issues? Any suggestions?

    Thanks,

    Jeff

I'd suggest calling the PP support. Sounds like the position sensor for the servo motor may not be functioning properly.
