    2007 PCM ZR6 engine won't start

    The engine will turn over and fire briefly, but won't run. Fuel pumps sound like they're running. Fuel comes out of the FCC overflow. I don't have a pressure gauge, but when I push the fuel pressure gauge nipple, fuel squirts out. It's not the cut off switch because when I active the switch, the engine turns over, but won't fire. Any ideas?

    Try disconnecting/reconnecting your safety lanyard.

        Remove the distributor cap and check for corrosion.

          Make sure you have a strong battery. It may turn the starter but not enough for ignition. We've run ours down in a cove. Turned the engine but wouldnt start. Switched to battery 2 and fired right up.
