Well you are in the boat at the right price provided the critical mechanical components are all good. 165 hours is very low for the year. The cosmetic items are really sweat equity items that you can resolve including the vinyl replacement.
FWIW if you get in a 2008 210 for $40-$45K with trailer that is a very good deal and one that would be and easy out 2 years from now as the market is really good for theses boats since the new models are always increasing in price. They will continue to be very desirable for potential new Nautique buyers looking to get into their first Nautique but not wanting to purchase new. The same can be said for a 211 but the market for a 211 is limited to more family oriented wake and use where as the 210 is more of the wakeboard/ surf specific boat.
It will be intresting to see your updates on the 211 if/ when you get the boat.
