    Going from memory...

PCM recommends straight 20W. Valvoline is the only brand that I could find locally.

There is a drain plug on the bottom of the tranny, facing toward the motor. However, its a real bear to get to. Using a pump with a tube small enough to fit through the dipstick hole is much easier.

I have found Citgo/Mystik 20W through out Wisconsin. But that really doesn't help you. PCM now recomends using Dexron in all their transmissions. So if you can't find 20W, Dexron would be a good easy find. I haven't made the switch but if you do, change it a couple of times to make sure you get all the 20W out.
