No Power to Fuel Control Cell

I'm in need of some help! I have a 2006 Air Nautique 226 with a PCM Excalibur 330 engine that will crank but not fire.

I've ruled out the batteries, the kill switch, the throttle position as well as the relays and fuses located next to the fuel pumps. Determined using a multimeter that the Fuel Control Cell is not getting power. Jump started the relay port to the fuel pumps and determined they are working. Looking for any suggestions as to what else might cause the loss of power to the FCC.

Below are a couple of photo indicating where I'm not getting power and what I've checked.

I saw this problem before on a 07 220 . Check the power and grounds at the relay if all is good replace the relay . The one I worked on ended up needing an ECM . I sent it to the dealer because I didn't have any wiring diagram for the ecm and I didn't want to take a chance on replacing such a expensive part without proof.

I ordered a new relay last night and will chek out the power and ground at the relay. Hope it's not the ecm. Thanks Nautiquehunter!
