I don't think you have anything to worry about warranty wise.

Dandy - do you have any paperwork regarding that service bulletin you could forward to me? Still no official word from Nautique if it will be covered, but MarineMax sent me the out of pocket quote in case it is not covered.......wait for it.........$5116.73

Not getting the warm fuzzy feeling yet. Maybe I am just being paranoid.

I don't see how this would not be covered. Sucks that your boat is out of service until it gets resolved though. I would call up Nautique customer service directly and get it moving. I have heard lots of good stories about people working directly with Nautique when the dealer is taking to long.

How is warranty even in question? Your boat is a 2014 correct? Its 2015 currently... Am I missing something?

I am sure it will be covered. However, Nautique is obligated to do its due diligence before accepting any warranty claim to make sure it was a manufacturing issue, not unusual use that resulted in the problem. Again, seems like a no brainer on this one, but they can not rubber stamp warranty claims.
