5.8 HO cutting out after 28mph

1999 Pro Air Nautique with a PCM 5.8 HO carb engine. Boat runs fines, idles and starts great (hot and cold). After warming up and getting up to 28mph and above after about 30 seconds the boat just cuts out and almost stalls (once in awhile it does stall). Starts up just fine after that and will repeat. Any ideas on where to start chasing this issue down?

Check your anti-siphon valve and clean if necessary. When was the last time the FCC filter was changed?? Trace fuel lines for any additional inline filters and change as necessary.
