Horn stopped working ski nautique 206

I'm sure it has to be a fuse. I can see what appears to be a fuse panel underneath the steering wheel down by my feet. The fuses appear to be the older style glass cylinder tubes and they are covered with a rubberized flexible "button" (clear) if you will. I did not see, in my 30 seconds I looked at it, an obvious way to replace the fuse. I was tempted to just pull off the rubberized cover but then I thought to myself how would I get it back on? It did not appear like that was the proper way to get to the fuse Any suggestions?

Check fuse. If good, go to Autozone and buy new horn.

Interestingly enough mine has stopped working also. I had to yell and toss a beer bottle at a dumb A$$ on a pwc this weekend since my horn wasnt working. (J/K) Going to have to get it fixed asap!

Mine has intermittent problems. Is there a relay? It is like sometimes it works sometimes it doesn't.

I replaced mine at least once...maybe twice. It is located such that the open ends points up towards the vent...when caught in a heavy rain, or the random perfect plash from taking water over the bow and the horn would get water in it...it would work intermittently for a while, and the eventually go out. I ended up repcing the horn, cuting some breatable water proof fabric and placed in the vent and have not had any issues since.

The "rubberized cover" doesn't come off those fuses on that panel under neath the steering wheel holds what looks like fuses. I spent an hour taking it apart until I noticed the warning sign indicating "do not open".
