fct5... threading LED cable through wire... not working

Read some other suggestions, tried the dental floss- no luck. I'm almost embarrassed to be asking for ideas or suggestions since it is such a short gap; I figured a coat hanger would make this a 30 min job but an hour later I haven't even gotten a single pilot to go this short little distance... Can't thread it through the bottom and from the top down it keeps binding here. Anyone ever had this tower apart any idea what I'm up against? Any type of visual or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Did you try creating vacuum with a shop vac on one end to help guide the wire?

Yeah... I think the problem I'm running into is that there is an elbow, and with the existing harness there isn't room for my wire, floss, etc
