Do I need to have Linc flashed to recognize UW lights as it's not in the switch menu? Would be a real pain to have to drive 4 hours one way to the dealer to get it done.....

I think unless you know the dealer code, you're gonna have to drive it in to have them enable that switch option on a 2.0
Option 2- if you really don't want to do that, you could always add it to another existing switch that you already have for now... ie docking lights, or overhead light.
Option 3- hard wire it yourself with a on/off toggle switch and operate them independently from the linc system -
Just have the dealer give you the code. Heck, you paid enough for the boat.
