Ballast won't turn on

I've checked circuit breakers underneath steering wheel and at battery selector switch. They aren't tripped. When I press the port button the light comes on but pump doesn't. A very faint click is heard when I press button to turn ballast pump on. I replaced the pump thinking that was the problem. I'm at a loss. Is there a fuse somewhere I dont know about? Any ideas? Other ballasts are fine.

Turns out I didn't press on the red circuit breaker button on the battery selector box hard enough. A hard press and I heard a loud click. Ballast works again. I guess I have a spare pump now
