2002 Super air nautique electrical issues: video inside

As many of you know, I rescued a 2002 SANTE back in July. I have been on the path to bringing her back to a better state. The boat runs awesome, I just got all the ballast pumps working again as well as the perfect pass. But I am still having trouble with my electrical system. I can only run the accessories when the boat is off. When I activate any of the accessories it causes the power to cut and resets the system. The rear electric hatches also cause the same problem, when the button is pressed, it cuts power to everything in the dash and causes it to reset. I cleaned off the connections at the battery, I also cleaned off the ground connections where the cluster of wires connect to the engine. I tried unscrewing the carpeted board that houses the electrical panel to see if I could see the ground connection at the panel but it seems like I would have to completely disassemble the electrical panel itself. Obviously to me this task is intimidating so, especially since the panel cost 800 dollars to replace. I was wondering if there would be another way I could fix the issue and if any of you have had this issue occur on their boat? Can you list what you have done in term of trouble shooting? It would help so that we don't have to ask the obvious questions like "Have you changed (or charged the battery)?" Not saying this is the problem, but someone is going to ask.

Have you had the boat in the water with the engine running? What happens then (say when you press the hatch release)?

In terms of trouble shooting I have just cleaned the connections at the ground on the engine and the connections at the terminals. I figured that cleaning the grounds at the engine would do the trick since they were slightly corroded. That's all I have done. So since it's not the ground at the engine I'm assuming that mines it's either the wire it self, the three way toggle switch under the throttle or has something to do with the panel. But I'm really not sure. The same thing happens that can be viewed in the attached video regardless of whether the engine is running or not.

Anyone able to watch the video I posted up? Really stumped as to what could be causing this.

I watched the video.... There are at least 2 terminal ground blocks located in your wiring harness. I don't know specifically where they are on your year of boat but if you look under the gunwales and under the helm station you will probably find them. I would make sure that the wires are tight and that the block is not corroded. The symptoms in the video suggest that you have a ground issue. There are wiring diagrams provided on this site for reference.
