heater install

Hi Guys just need a little bit of help please just putting in a heater into my 99 super sport and i want to add one of the y fittings (low idle wye) but there is two sizes listed at heater craft and i am not sure which one to order ? ( one is 1.25"hbx 5/8hb and the other is 1"x1" 5/8" hb ) i am going to tap in just after the strainer......any help would be awesome. thanks

You don't know the size of the water line you are going to cut in half? It might say on the side of the hose, or measure it, but remember those are inside dimensions.

Thanks scott , i rang heater craft and they said the units come with 1.25" and should do the trick , one is on its way.
