GT-40 on 1995 Sport Nautique - Transmission Fluid - what kind and how much?

Can anyone please tell me what type of transmission fluid to put in my GT 40 and how much? Thank you!

These small trannys are very sensitive to the correct amount of ATF. Don't over or under fill. A good tool to use to remove the trans fluid is an automotive fluid extractor. I use the MityVac MV7400.

The question of "which ATF" is a good one. Ask 10 people and get back 12 answers. Most use a quality Dex/Merc. I like the Valvoline MaxLife DEX/MERC ATF (synthetic).
