I'm tentatively scheduled to take it in next week, assuming the weather is good.

I haven't had any problem, although I bought a 2015 holdover. I've barely broken the thing in. So far so good. Less than four hours on it. Just finished plumbing in the custom sacks. Can't wait to get it out...

Did your 55"X16"X26" custom sacs fit well? anything you would change about size and/or fitting placement? About to make some custom sacs as well and just wondered your thoughts.

Funny you should ask... Sore subject. We're in the middle of an addition on our house (rough frame inspection tomorrow morning) and all boat related activities came to a sceaching halt right after I finished setting up all three custom sacks. (Grrrr) Unless the weather craps out, I should have it out in action within a week or so. I'll be sure to post my experience. As far as sizing goes, I think they fit perfectly however, I haven't seen how they behave when full. I actually only went 25" high. Not 26" as I previously stated. (sorry I was wrong) I'm wondering if I could have gone just a couple inches longer... Won't be able to determine that until I get it out. I read somewhere else on here that someone felt they needed to address the sharp fiberglass shards sticking down/left over from the deck. I found that to be true in my case as well and that is the last thing I still need to address. I'm gonna work on finding a method to "tame" those sharp edges soon. I'm open to others' opinions or methods...

Update: the dealer fixed the problem that I never knew I had. I brought it in last week and the dealer couldn't reprogram it for some reason. PCM overnighted a new ECM and the dealer had me out the door before the weekend. Pretty awesome service by PCM as well as the dealer (Superior Boats).

Once you plumbed everything, how did you modify the pump timers to stay "on" to make sure to fill everything up?

I haven't done anything. When I hear or see the pumps stop, I turn them on again. One other thing I noticed is when I have the new rear sacks full, it's really hard to plane at wakeboarding speeds and I have the 409. Bow weight is a must IMO. For surfing, no bow weight is necessary to me.

Oh and btw, I absolutely LOVE the surf wake behind this boat with the new custom sacks. I used to always fall out the back behind my 2005 210. Not with this 230. The wave is easily 5' longer on the 230 too. I also love that all ballast is hidden and everything is controlled from the dash. Sure beats having to stumble over a cabin full of sacks.

NICE....my bags just shipped yesterday...I'm probably not going to fill them all the way for wakeboarding anyway but I have thought about changing to the heavy weighted prop if the extra torque is needed. Looking forward to getting everything finished up so I can just enjoy for the rest of the season!
