throttle problem super air nautique 2007

hi, i have a super air nautique 220 (pcm engine) , 2007 that's not working good. i can turn it on but its not responding for the throttle command, even when i try to accelerate direct on the engine .the other problem is , when i turn the engine on i can hear a noise ( looks like the starter lose contact with the flywheel ). i already got 2 starters burned .
i think the problem is the flywheel . is it easy to change the ring gear flywheel ?
what do you think about the throttle problem ?

There are a lot of potential causes for throttle non-response but a neighbor of mine who owns a 2006 220 Sante had to replace her throttle position sensor which broke and put the boat into idle only. The flywheel/ starter buzzing upon start can be a stuck starter solenoid which does not fully push the starter gear to the flywheel ring gear---or. It could be a worn flywheel starter ring gear. That's a pretty big job on a v-drive and you'll need to separate the engine and flywheel housing to get to it. No easy fix if that's it. Hope this helps.

      Hey Thiago,

See my recent posts about my 211. Obv a different boat but maybe if the TPS doesn't fix the issue, you can work through ideas I've already been through.

Good luck! Let me know if you have any questions
