2013 G23 Exhaust Manifold Water Temperature

2013 G23 with ZR450 and 400 hours "NEED HELP!" Boat goes into guardian mode with EMWT 1415 warning under LOAD! Here is what has been done so far: 1. Inspected water intake under boat- NO obstructions, 2. Inspected cartridge screen filter- NO obstructions, 3. Removed and inspected impeller- NO damage good condition, replaced with new impeller, 4. Inspected Exhaust Manifold Thermostat- No Damage, recently replaced less than 50 hours on new thermostat. 5. Used temperature gun to determine temperature of exhaust manifold when boat goes into guardian mode- 152 degrees F both manifolds. 6. Heat exchanger inspected- NO obstructions. 7. Coolant filled to specified level.

go threw and check all your hose clamps you may have a small air leek, causing a air pocket in the exhaust manifold thus throwing the over temp code
