Trailer Repair in Houston

Anyone have experience with someone the greater Houston area that does cost effective trailer repair? Have a 1999 Magnum that came with SAN and its seen way better days. Covered in rust and needs at least sand blast and repaint and probably new brackets welded on for boards, etc. Or other option, anyone got a 210 size trailer relatively close by they want to part with.

Magnum will rebuild their own trailers if you can get it to them for a while. (They are in Austin). I have no idea if that would be cost effective or not.
