Raised Letters coming off.

I have a 2011 SN 200 OB with the chrome raised letters on the side and stern. They are coming off. Two of the large letters on the side, the word "TEAM" also on the side. While these may have come off from impact I doubt it because I'm pretty careful. The more unexplained is the letters on the stern have also come off. These are in a position that doesn't get any impact as the swim platform protects them. When I examine the letters that have come off I can see that the adhesive is still on the hull. The foam that is inside the raised letters however has separated and that is what I think is failing.

Anybody else having this problem.

I have seen a couple of others do this, but not very many. A 2011 should still be under warranty. If you're not the original owner, the parts should at least be covered if you're the second owner. Those letters are easy to apply.

Had some come off due to poor driving (from previous owner couldn't have been me obviously- I'm perfect haha) and some maybe were adhesive issues, maybe salt? or the cleaners that were used, who knows? Either way my dealer took care of it, although like Jeff said, I had to re-apply them myself or pay for labor. Easy choice, easy install.

Mine started falling of my 2012 210 within a couple of months, they warrantied them and my dealer replaced them for me, A couple of those started coming loose first time out, not sure exactly what they used but I could tell that they removed them and reattached them with something else. Since then no problems at all.

I'm glad someone said this. I'm missing the "Team 210" off of one side. I just assumed that I must have nudged them on a dock or something, but maybe not. I'm the same as tlwolf said above, the black foam is still there, but no raised "chrome." I will check with my dealer as well as the boat is less than 2 years old.

More came off. I'm back to my dealer for replacements. There is a materials problem for sure.

Does anyone have a recommendation as to how to clean rub rail and bunk guard rash from the Team 220 raised letter logo on the rear 1/4 of my boat?

Patrick, I don't have any words of wisdom, but I want to thank you for resurrecting this thread. A few weeks ago I had half of a "u" fall off, making my boat look like a "Naitique". I'm going to call my dealer for a fix.

If you're out of warranty coverage and replacing the letters would be super expensive. Several of us have gone with domed numbers. You can just find them on Facebook and use messenger. But they're awesome to work with and I've had them do additional custom decals to match my new color scheme as well as the lettering!
