Can anyone tell me how to remove the rear seat out of a 2003 air nautique 216?

With a pair of pliers and a blow torch
or
For the backrest push straight up, should slide up to release clips, for the base, undo bungees at both sides and slide forward to release rear clip. Carpeted base is just sitting on the floor

The 2003 210 has two threaded knobs on the back of the backrest that need to be removed as well. You've probably got this worked out by now, but thought I'd throw in my 2 cents.
I've got a 2005 Air Nautique 216 and it took a bit of fiddling to get my rear seat out. There were 3 knobs to remove to get the back rest loose, you have to pull the panels out of the rear storage locker to get at these, 2 at the top ends of the seat and 1 in the middle. From there I had to bend the ends of the seat forward in order to get the threaded rods out of the holes and remove the seat back.
The seat base had the 2 bungies at either side, but there was also 2 vertical pins that had to be removed for it to come out. On my boat these were located on the back of the seat base and they have a circular key ring on them so you can pull them up.
Took me a while to figure it out to make sure I didn't break anything.
