Replace Rear Sacks in 2015 SAN 210 - What Size?

I have the Pro Ballast (2x 300lb) in my SAN 210, I've seen some posts where the stock sacks were replaced with larger sacks.......
Question: How large of a sack can I put in the rear locker and still have room for the tray? What brand / model?
