low oil pressure

I have a 2008 supper air with about 180 hrs on it also is closed cooling , once the engine has reached operating temp it has only about 13-14 psi oil pressure at idle and brings low oil pressure warning on if you give a bit of rpm it comes up to about 30 psi instantly . at cold start up it is at 60 psi. we are running 10w40 semi sys oil , the oil sensor has been changed but no different , any clues???

The first thing I would do is confirm the pressure with a with a known good pressure tester.

I would switch to the recommended weight oil first. 15W-40 is what's recommended in your manual. See if that makes a difference.

Confirm oil pressure with a good mechanical gauge, but also above 50 degrees OAT PCM recommends 15W-40 oil for the Excaliber engine.

Mine does similar to what your are seeing after warm-up, but I never get low enough to see the low oil warning unless it is on warm startup... Once the engine runs for a second the pressure comes up and the warning goes away.

yes I have used a master gauge and it confirms the same out come,15-40 or 10-40 the hot value is the same its only the cold value that's different , staring to think its hurt .

What makes you think it's hurt? Did you overheat it or run it out of oil or get some water into the oil? Might be something very simple. Rule of thumb I'm used to working with is 10psi for every 1000 RPM's but that not hard and fast. If you're still getting 60 psi at full throttle, don't see any reason to be too concerned.
