Rear Latch Issue

My manually operated rear latch won't open. I have an 04 210 and when we closed it to come home three days ago, it shut fine. Not it won't twist open.

I have removed the rear lounge and put my hand up the back to try manually twist the match but it won't go further than doing it with the handle.

Anyone had this issue?

My starboard side locker did the same thing and I had to purchase a key from Nautique Parts. On mine the lock somehow engaged.

My old 04 did the same thing after long drives. I would simply pound my fist next to the lock several times while twisting the handle. The vibrations would unlock it. 100% of the time, it works every time.
