2001 SAN Ballast Fittings

I am having an incredibly tough time finding some fittings that I broke. One of the fittings is behind the vent knobs for the ballast tanks that connects one of the vent hoses to the knob manifold. I will upload pictures. This fitting looks as if it is pressure crimped to the vent hose with a metal ring. I will put pictures up of the broke one and the one that is still good.


The other fitting I broke that I am really surprised I can't find anywhere is one of my thru hull fittings that is for my ballast overflow. It is white in color and on the inside of the boat it is a 90 degree elbow into 3/4" barb. I can find this fitting but not in the white color. Really don't want to have change all of my thru hull fittings to match because one broke.


If anyone can point me in a good direction on where I may be able to find these I would greatly appreciate it! So close to being done with my resto!

I would call NautiqueParts and see what they can do for you. Weird that those white thru-hulls aren't listed on their website. Give them a call and point them to your pictures on this thread and I bet they can help you.

Thanks I will try that this week! I've got a fellow PN member who PM'd me and sounds like he has some extra white fittings he no longer needs so I'll hopefully just be looking for the fitting behind the vent knob!

Does anybody have a link to this size of thru hull fitting in stainless? All the ones I’m finding appear to need a larger hole. I would rather not try to make these holes bigger. I’ve already linked this forum to NautiqueParts and they responded with a link to the same one I have. They do not have them in stainless or stainless capped. Any help is appreciated. I know people have done it.

I emailed them earlier today. Haven’t heard back yet. I may end up taking a Dremel to the wholes and make them bigger if I have to. Just worried about chipping gel coat in the process.

I ran In to the same thru hull problem. I believe I ended up buying these https://greatlakesskipper.com/attwoo...iABEgKmLPD_BwE. I originally bought the wakemakers ones but the didn’t fit the hole.

Might be worth a try for me to buy one to start with...but it does say in the description that it fits 1-1/2” cutout. Sounds too big.

Those fitting from iBoats were perfect! Turns out I actually needed 6 of them...totally forgot about the fitting next to the driver for the old ballast vent. Unused now, but gotta have them all matching! Thanks for finding those for me!
