220 Mystery Wiring Plug

Any body know what this plug is for, it is coming out of the wiring harness near the power distribution box on the port side. It has three wires and they are labeled "Port Ballast", "Center Ballast" and "Starboard Ballast". Obviously it has something to do with the ballast but I don't see any where it would go. The boat is a 2007 SANTE, Any ideas.

My 08 has 3 tanks and it also has a stray plug labeled exactly the same, but mine is in the side panel behind the shifter. Just found it during my NSS install.


My guess was its a way for the factory to ensure the pumps function without being connected directly to battery. That is a complete guess on my end.
