Trans and vdrive fluid 2001 SSN GT40

anyone know what fluids and volume these both need. I am guessing Trans Fluid Dextron 3 (or newer vers). and I drain and fill dipstick.
Vdrive Not sure on type, but I think I fill and drain from the top hole?

My old GT40 super sport had a Walters v-drive (there were two types, so you need to figure that out) which took straight 30w motor oil. I don't remember the volumes, I think the vdrive was around a quart. I just pulled it via a suction pump, replaced what took out and checked the level. It was always pretty clean. There is a drain plug on it but I never figured out how to get at it to not dump oil into the bilge.

Dex 3 for the tranny, and not sure the exact capacity but I think it's two quarts - used the same procedure to replace as vdrive.
