New 93 sport owner

Having a few issues with my new boat.. hoping for some guidance or answers.

A few of my gauges don't work and I'm wondering if I can just swap in any old gauges to replace them?
Also, does anyone know the part numbers for my oil filter? I can't find them in any brochures or manual.
Is there anywhere I can buy a new dash for this thing? Mine needs replacing.

Nautiques Parts will have the OEM oil filter but you can also use Napa 1515, Wix 51515 or Motocraft FL-1A. This assumes you have a PCM Ford engine.

Dashes are hard to come by, I don't think you can buy them new. What wrong with it?

where it bolts down on the back is blown out..

ALSO what am I looking for with the dipstick to know how much oil to put in
