    SV211 Seat "Pan" Fiberglass Cracked

Well, I've done some research and realize this isn't unique to my boat. It seems other early 211 had this problem. The seat "pan" or floor panel under the driver's seat is cracked in the back left corner. I thought ok, it comes out, remove and take to a fiberglass shop for repair but it evidently is not that easy. I went to talk to the fiberglass shop that our local dealer works with and he said he's done this repair before and has to cut out the pan high near the top because it is big enough and during production put in before the deck went on! Looking at a pretty timely job. Has anyone dealt with this themselves and documented any of it? I couldn't find anything in the search. Here is the crack. Click image for larger version

We just purchased a 2004 SV211 and did not notice that it had the same issue. Were you able to get yours repaired?

It’s actually still there. It hasn’t broken and has been the same for a while. I have a new fiberglass piece from Nautique and never installed it yet.

Thank you for the response. I have reached out to Nautique. Hopefully they still sell them. If you are interested in selling the part you have please let me know.

Would you happen to have the part number?

I don’t. Actually my pan may be gone. Was at a fiberglass shop and seems to be missing now.
