SV211 Vent hose routing

So since I've had this boat, 2004 SV211, I've been needing to redo the blower and vent hoses. Blower just runs into port locker and is left open blowing fumes in there. Not sure if there is a vent hose. Can't find it. Today I found what appears to be a piece of cut sheet metal blocking off the port vent. I'm guessing the PO did this for surfing after all I've read on that. I'm not too concerned about water intruding because we aren't big surfers at the moment. Can someone tell me which side the blower hose goes to and if there is supposed to be a vent hose running on the opposite or same side?

there was some sort of recall on the ventilation on the 211. mine exhausts to starboard. however, there is supposed to be fresh air intake from port. I think that was what the recall was, originally mine was both on same side.

Investigating SV211 vent hose routing today. Im curious as to why there are no transom vents and the bilge air blows forward to gas the driver at the moment.

Mine vents out the stainless steel side vents (the starboard side, for sure).

Thanks for confirming. My blower exh hose was split and dangling loose. So I connected to the Strbrd RH vent body @ the sized hole there, removed the zap-strap (too tight) and duct-taped the split.

There is a 2" (smaller) duct hose coming in from that side on the bottom. The port (LH) vent is just open. Will take another look at it.
The blower motor pumps air out pretty well now.

I also used soapy water to check for exhaust leaks - couldn't find any. Everything looks pretty mint there as well. Check the tightness of the clamps, morning yoga done .

Update: Did a test and no fumes. I am wondering if the blanking one side is correct. How is the air flow is supposed to work for the 211? On a direct drive (eg 200) air comes in at the front into the bilge space and exits via the two transom vents.

If the rear compart on the 211 is pressurized by air intake, that is no-good, as the air will then move forward and out the drivers foot well.
