03 210 no power to ballast pumps

yesterday when we put in all my ballast pumps were functioning normally, filled everything went and rode, got ready to come back in and none of my pumps will work now, lights on key pad light up normally, solid for fill, flash for drain, check breakers and none were tripped, no power to any pumps, anyone got any ideas?

well I am not sure what I did to fix them, but they are all working now, and in the process I found my mysterious water leak source, the belly tank drain pump housing was cracked, replaced drain pump and crossing fingers all is good for next outing

Do you have hard tanks or Fat sacs? I am having the same issue with my belly ballast upgrade.I am thinking there is a relay or something within the sensor gauge wiring that requires the pump to fill for a certain time period prior to allowing the pump to run in reverse? Interesting you are having the same problem, but it fixed itself? Mine did the same thing worked at home just fine, on the river filled it but could not get it to empty? I replaced the hard tank with a fat sac. I am still trying to figure out the problem?

still have hard tanks and have aerator pumps, I'm thinking I had a loose ground, checked them and tightened them up and some where along the process they all started working again, the power and ground lines to my breaker box were slightly loose still not sure exactly what caused the issue

Correct, no power for empty only. I am using the factory button on the nautique control panel. The indicator light flashes amber like it is suppose to, however, the pump will not run in reverse.
The strange thing is, that at home I jumped the fill gauge sensor wires for the belly hard tank and the pump ran fine both fill and empty. Get out on the water fill the bag and no reverse at the pump? I disconnect my jump of the fill gauge sensor, nothing, reconnected nothing?
