    Prop upgrade, 2013 230

Any one know how much top end I will loose going from an acme 1941 to the 1235? Or to the 2079.

Need to get out the hole better...not getting on plane when fully weighted. Running about 3200 lbs and 12 people....1100s in the rear, stock belly ( 500?) and triangle sac ( 500 ish?) under the bow storage.

My guess is that the 1235 would do the trick.

I have a new 2079 prop for sale if you decide to go that route. I haven't run it so i am not sure on the top end loss.

Ok, sold my red 06 210 to someone in Lafayette at the end of last year. Looks like I just missed out, I would of hopped on that 1235 you sold had I been thinking about it at the time.

Have you made it out to Cajun Cables?

ACME 1235 on my 230 with 409 motor would do about 44-45 mph. Best all around prop in my book. Pulled 4k lbs of ballast up to 23 mph quickly as well.

Ok, I'm leaning towards the 1235, thanks for the reassurance.

Yes, i go to cajun x cables a few times a month. I still prefer to ride behind boat though.
I agree, the 1235 is a great prop for the 230
