The starboard board rack will not swivel on my 2014 SANTE. When you try to push up the pin (that locks it) it will not go up (in). There is no obvious obstruction to it visibly. Anyone have an idea?

This weekend I noticed the same thing happened to me .after further inspection I noticed the screws backed out that go upwards. Take a look at them. They are Allen headsCurrent Correct Craft Boat

It's not the screws. The dealer told me the pin is bent and the rack repair kit is needed. They beat the **** out of the rack with a hammer. They said it is the only way to get it loose.
