2007 Air Nautique idle speed only.

I have a 2007 210 Air Nautique and when I first start going with the boat it gives me idle speed only. After a while I get full power back and the boat runs great, any ideas on what might be the issue?

What motor? Does it have perfect pass? Is it an 06' per your signature or 07' per your post?

It is an '06, sorry typo on the 2007, it does have perfect pass (but I don't have it on when it happens) and the engine is a PCM 5.7 330HP. Any help would be appreciated.

Sounds like it's going in to limp mode. Check your v-drive fluid level.

Assuming you are not getting any alarms or warning lights it sounds like your PP may be spooling out however if an 06' it should be TBW?? Have any pics of the motor you can post??

I don't have any pictures of the motor, but will get some when I go down this weekend.
