    Linc 1 depth Finder issue

My depth finder (on the linc display) is no longer providing continuous readings. It seems to only update the current depth in intervals. For example if I am idling by the dock it will read depth of 6.0. As I move away from the dock it stays at 6.0 even though I know it is getting deeper. After about 10 seconds it will display 8.0, then stay at 8.0 for another 10 seconds. Any ideas why it is doing this?

Did you ever find a solution to your depth finder problem? I've been having a similar problem with my 2011 SAN 210. My depth finder was giving me readings intermittently but now reads 0.0 all the time. My water temperature stopped working at the same time. I'm assuming I need to replace the through hole transducer but it is a $400 part So I would like to know if there's other possible solutions.

Did you ever get yours fixed? If so what was the solution?

No. Not fixed. It seems to work correctly at slow speeds, but as soon as I get above about 10 mph it stops providing instantaneous depth readings.

Reposting. Anyone have ideas on my depth finder issue noted in original post above?
