DTC retreival w/o diacom on 04?

Is there any way to get fault codes without a scan tool on an 04 sante? I have a MAP sensor message popping up and can't clear it or confirm if its failed or not.

I don't know of any way to do that without a Diacom.

Bummer, do you know any shop/ dealer that would pull codes for a small fee?

have a look at this thread, is about knock sensors but details scanning for codes, etc ... can get the rinda "codemate" for around $60 that will present and clear codes.
