Hi all, the other day I was noticing that between 900-1300 RPMs my V drive is very very loud. I know a faint whine is normal but this sounded like a cheap Halloween decoration making ghosts sound if that makes any sense. It is very bothersome and loud enough that even guests notice it. Would changing the V-Drive oil fix this? If so how do I do that? Also, when changing the oil I've considered adding some Lucas Oil to the V drive to quiet things down a bit. Has anyone done this or have any reason why I shouldn't so this? Thanks in advance.
