Water streaming out the dash

Hey everyone. I have a 97 air nautique. This morning I took it out and when I got it up to 30 MPH water started to steam out the dash. I though it was a loose hose going to the heater core so I trimmed them and re-installed them, but that was not the cause. I'm at a loss. does anyone have any ideas? It seems dry under the dash. I pulled the dash and tested it and water was coming out the wiring hole to the back (top) but not under the dash.
