    Ballast fills when not in use

    I have a 2014 G23 and my starboard ballast fills up when boat is docked and ballast is not in use

    Any ideas?

      Impeller in ballast puppy shot and letting water past? does it fill and drain properly?

          I had the same issue with my 2016. When it sat overnight the starboard ballast would read 40% full the next day. I decided to check to see if the valves were closed all the way and the starboard tank valve was slightly open when I pressed down on it. I think the cable just needs to be lengthened, but I haven't taken the time to do it and I don't want to take it to the dealer for such a simple fix. For now I just press the valve closed before I cover it up and that has been working for me. Hope that helps!
