    2016 g23 ncrs circuit fault

Ncrs seems to work fine for surfing and regular driving. As soon as you pull out with full ballast trying to get to wakeboard speed, Circuit fault appears for ncrs. It happens almost every time, but still seems to work.
Seems like almost an overload tripping the fault code.

    Any suggestions?

Can you give a picture of your link system that shows what you call a circuit fault?

Nautique is actually aware of this:

When I reached my hand under the platform I could feel the tiny black spacers and they wouldn't rotate. They were very snug. Our dealer replaced the black spacers and tightened the bolt correctly (so that the black spacers could rotate freely) and the fault hasn't returned.

Essentially it's an assembly problem. When the bolt is too tight it's causing an excessive load on the NCRS actuator, causing the circuit to overload and trip.

        Great information,

Is the fault message an exclamation point on the top left screen where the NCSR icon is located?

I will tonight. After I take a picture. My bolt spins by hand and spacers are loose. So that is not the problem.

I've had this fault a number of times. I've never seen it while running at wakeboard speeds though. I have the fault happen if I'm plowing water for too long before I plane out with full ballast. I figured that the actuator couldn't force the plate down causing the fault. I will check my spacers and bolts when I get to the boat next and reply back and see if that theory fixes the issue. Thanks for the info Armour783!

I did. Sorry for late response. I replaced the ncrs accuator and never got the code again. Even though the original tested fine it must have been drawing too many amps under load and throwing the code. All is good.
