Steering cable replacement

I have a '98 ski that needs a cable replacement. I already disconnected the rudder from the cable to make sure it is the cable and not the rudder assembly binding up.
My question is where is the Part no. located on the assembly? I don't want to take it apart till I get the replacement. I looked on the rack casing and there is nothing that I can see.

Any suggestions on install would be welcome as well.

It is a 19.5 foot Teleflex.

I replaced the steering cable last night, 3 guys 2 hours. I attached a line to the old one when I pulled it out and that made all the difference. When we pulled the new one through it took 5 minutes. The line also helped get the old one out, because it allowed us to work it back and forth when it got stuck.
