Pebble Watch/Surf Select Setup

Does anyone know how you setup surf select to your pebble watch? Didn't know if you need to download and app to your phone or to the pebble watch?

I think its both. I think you download the app on your phone to see the watch. you have to DL a NSS app on the phone. Make sure you down update the watch too much. it wont run on the most up to date software.
