Winterization process for a 2015 G23/G21?

There are some impressive threads on here that discuss winterization, but I have yet to see one that covers a 2015 G23/G21 (with a heater). Greatly appreciate any feedback, tips or links that can help walk a first timer through this process. I'll make sure to build a comprehensive post on the process if possible.

I fill two 5 gallon buckets with -100 marine anti-freeze. Close the seacock, open the hose line, start and run until both buckets are empty. This takes about 5 minutes. The rest of my time is spent changing oil, changing trans oil, empty out everything out of the boat, grease the steering, clean the interior. Usually takes an afternoon with plenty of beer breaks. This is for the XR550 but should work for all closed loop cooling boats.
