Draining and filling transmission in 2002 Ski Nautique (Excalibur if that matters)

Any recommendations on a suction pump or siphon mechanism?...or is there a way to actually drain it?

I cannot get the whole two quarts out and only put back what I remove which is one quart.
I use it for the engine oil and vdrive as well.
I had to buy longer tubing to reach everything but it was cheap.
I do like the idea of 12v, but ive had this one for years.
