Basic Maintenance

I have a 2005 210. Boat has 255 hours. I put 50 hours on it this summer. I changed the impeller 50 hours ago. Boat ran awesome this summer. Besides oil change and winterize, is there anything else I should consider doing when I take it next week to get winterized at the Nautique dealer. Thanks!

Might want to consider fluid changes for v drive and Trans. Also sparkplug if they were not changed recently.

Is there a general rule of thumb for impeller replacement?

Most people recommend replacing it every spring. Some people will run them for two years, but if you do that, it may be wise to at least remove it during the layup so that the vanes don't take a set.

Somewhat depends on what motor you have, if 6.0L there is no cap and rotar. You really should look at your PCM manual, lists all items and the maintenance interval.
Oil + Filter every 50hrs or annually
Trans + VDrive oil annually
FCC Filter every 3 years
If the boat is running fine not sure I would change the plugs or cap & rotor (if equipped), u should easily get 5 seasons on plugs, cap and rotor 3-4. Never a bad idea to inspect them however.
Once on the trailer always a good idea to see if prop spins easily by hand or if there is any movement at the cutlass bearing

As Quinner has said, I was going to say FCC filter if you're not sure when it was done last. At least drain the bowl if the dealer doesn't do that as winterization practice. Also, spray your engine down with some WD-40 or silicone lube to prevent any moisture corrosion. May want to lube your rudder box, steering and throttle cables.

If that boat only had 200 hours on it before you got it, it may have sat for extended periods so I'd be sure things are good and lubed up. As for the trailer, check your bearings there and lube them or check oil in bearings depending on your hub type. Lube all moving points at winch, jack, swing tongue, etc.
